Many of the fund’s female borrowers, including women like Nicole Johnson, are starting over after divorce and, in many cases, are learning about building wealth through homeownership for the first time.
The Dearfield Fund acknowledges the incredible potential in Black women like Nicole Johnson, who represent the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs in the U.S.
