Jess Adkins is Director of Colorado Design Insight Group, a Gary venture. She has expertise in human resources, people operations, community outreach and project management. With seven years of human resources management and over a decade of nonprofit administrative management, Jess is skilled at bridging the gap between community, resources and results, making her a key connector of people. As a multitalented person, her experience ranges from DEI training and 360-degree feedback to social media management.

At Gary, Jess has led an out-of-school enrichment study to support youth success, outreached and organized parents throughout the Denver-Metro area to uplift parent input on the Universal Preschool Program implementation, networked and brought together BIPOC mothers to discuss the needs and support for increasing healthy birth rates and maternal success, and supported Gary’s social media platforms.

Jess believes in the importance of connecting businesses with communities. She values the power of partnerships, mentoring and coaching as well as the impact of employee engagement.
