At Gary, reimagining and reshaping what’s possible for Colorado kids and families starts with listening, not necessarily funding. The first step of any venture is to develop a shared understanding of the barriers to opportunity that exist in our community. Then, we work alongside kids and families, businesses, nonprofits and policymakers and others to look for solutions that will grow, build, and change the opportunity landscape. By pooling a broad range of human, political and financial capital, we drive breakthrough solutions that deliver measurable results against our three outcome areas: School Readiness, Youth Success and Family Economic Mobility.
