Caitlin Finn serves as Gary’s Vice President of Finance, Legal & People. She leads the organization’s finance, legal and people functions, overseeing accounting, benefits and payroll, grant management, and legal operations. Caitlin joined Gary from Concept3D, Inc., a Denver-based software company, where she served as Vice President of Finance and Administration and General Counsel.

Caitlin is the co-founder of Colorado Poverty Law Project, a Denver nonprofit dedicated to preventing homelessness through legal representation, education and advocacy. She has served on the boards of DAWN Clinic and Justice and Mercy Legal Aid Clinic, and currently serves on the boards of Colorado Poverty Law Project and The Family Tree.

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver.
