Caitlin Finn serves as Gary’s Vice President of Finance, Legal & People. Caitlin leads a high-performing team of CPAs and legal professionals dedicated to implementing best practices and innovation in accounting, benefits and payroll, grant management and the legal needs of the organization. Caitlin comes to Gary from Concept3D, Inc., a software company based in Denver, where she served as Vice President, Finance and Administration and General Counsel.

Caitlin is the co-founder of Colorado Poverty Law Project, a Denver-based nonprofit with the mission of preventing homelessness through legal representation, education and advocacy. Caitlin has served on the boards of DAWN Clinic and the Justice and Mercy Legal Aid Clinic, and currently serves on the board of Colorado Poverty Law Project.

Caitlin received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Colorado-Boulder and a juris doctorate in law from the University of Denver.
