Karly Clark is a CPA and senior finance leader with over 15 years of experience across nonprofit, for profit and financial services organizations. At Gary Community Ventures, she serves as the Controller for all philanthropic organizations and ventures.

Having grown up in the Denver area, Karly brings personal conviction to her work. She led Gary’s full NetSuite implementation, overhauled the organization’s budgeting process, and serves as the lead finance partner for Gary Philanthropy and its subsidiaries.

Before joining Gary, Karly built her career across medical device manufacturing, aerospace, hedge funds, and public accounting, which allowed her to develop a rigorous technical foundation and a clear sense of the work that matters most to her. That clarity brought her to the nonprofit sector, where financial precision and meaningful mission finally meet.

Outside the office, Karly can be found on a yoga mat, in the kitchen, out on a paddleboard or lost in a good book. She lives in Colorado with her husband, their dog and two cats.
