As Special Projects Lead of Strategic Partnerships, Grace brings a thoughtful, data-driven approach to partner engagement and stewardship. She leads the coordination of Gary’s local convenings and participation in conferences, and supports relationship management and digital communications efforts. Passionate about using data to guide strategy, she also manages the organization’s relationship intelligence CRM system. Grace plays an integral role in ensuring that Gary’s key partners and networks — both local and national — are activated to meet our mission of supporting Colorado kids and families.
Prior to joining Gary, Grace worked in business development at AmLaw 100 law firms, where she developed pitches, RFPs, marketing collateral, events and thought leadership for leading intellectual property, life sciences and corporate law practices. Grace found her way to Gary after feeling a call to mission-driven, community-centered work, and now draws on her background in client service and the fast-paced, detail-oriented legal environment to strengthen connections with partners and drive purpose-aligned collaboration.
Grace lives in Denver with her partner, Genaro, and their dog, Mona. Outside of work, you can find her competing in local trivia nights, crafting and sewing, volunteering with animals and local arts organizations, and searching for the perfect slice of cake.

I would like to see business people try to solve social problems with the same imagination and energy they use to finance a factory or make a deal. Don’t call it philanthropy; call it corporate social investment. Make it integral to business.
