Joshua Kaplan | Director, Portfolio Operations & Impact Investing

Josh, a CFA Charterholder, brings over a decade of experience in investment operations, research and compliance. Most recently, as Chief Compliance Officer & VP of Advisory Services at Landmark Wealth Management, he led portfolio strategy, investment research and risk analysis while managing relationships exceeding $30M. He also spearheaded compliance initiatives, successfully guiding the firm through SEC audits, and he enhanced operational efficiencies through strategic technology integration.  

Beyond his technical expertise, Josh has worked extensively with high-net-worth individuals, non-profits and government entities, bringing a deep understanding of complex financial planning and asset management. His passion for community impact and volunteerism led him to pivot careers, taking a sabbatical to explore national parks, Europe and the Pacific Northwest. Now, he’s excited to apply his financial expertise in a mission-driven role focused on state and local impact.

A dedicated Buffalo Bills fan, Josh enjoys hiking, skiing and trivia, and he has family spread across the U.S. and Canada.
