Rebecca is a Senior Project Manager for priority ventures at Gary, where she does what she most loves — launching high-impact initiatives for the greater good. Specifically, she supports staffing, supplying, and piloting solutions designed to improve outcomes for Colorado kids and families. She was first called to Gary as a project lead for COVIDCheck Colorado, where she drove national expansion of COVID test sites and helped scale vaccination sites statewide during the pandemic.
Being at Gary allows Rebecca to utilize her background in local government administration and nonprofit strategy/development. In her previous roles, she’s built a reputation for managing more than $50 million in community programming and doing what’s right.
She’s worked for the City of Denver, The Nature Conservancy, and most recently served as Chief of Staff for the City of West Palm Beach, Florida. Rebecca and her family returned to the Denver area after their fun foray on the beach and is grateful to have the opportunity to be back in her professional home to have the experience of raising her preschooler alongside her collective “village” in Colorado. She’s currently working on balancing the life of a working mom and trying to soak in all the adventures and travels she can alongside her husband, child, and poodle.

I would like to see business people try to solve social problems with the same imagination and energy they use to finance a factory or make a deal. Don’t call it philanthropy; call it corporate social investment. Make it integral to business.
