Sydney H. Devine | Product Manager

Sydney H. Devine has a passion for building innovative solutions that solve complex problems and improve the user experiences of Colorado’s families through a human-centered design approach.

As a Product Manager on Gary’s Technology team, Sydney helps co-create tech products and data solutions with Colorado families, organizations, and businesses to produce new outcomes at scale. She has dedicated much of her time to creating a product that helps families understand their eligibility and apply for a variety of benefits. Previously, Sydney was the Senior Director, Product & Partnerships, at Gary’s venture known as COVIDCheck Colorado, where she led the product, client management, and customer experience teams to deliver over 1.9 million COVID-19 tests and 300,000 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to Coloradans. Originally from New York City, Sydney has also spent time working in the education, M&A, and architecture and design sectors.

Sydney moved from New York to Colorado in 2019 and now lives in Arvada with her husband and three fur children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and walking her dog in the park on a sunny Colorado day.
